- Chemical & UV: Resistant to acids, bases, oils, fats, hydrocarbons and UV light—ideal for outdoor use.
- Mechanical: High tensile strength, toughness, impact resistance and hardness for mechanical parts.
- Thermal: Prints at 230–260 °C; heat deflection up to ~95 °C (first layer at 270 °C).
Post-Processing
- Acetone Smoothing: Vapor smoothing with acetone gives a shiny, smooth finish.
- Machining: Can be sanded, filed, and drilled like ABS.
- Painting & Bonding: Takes primer and paint well; bonds with common adhesives.
Optimal Storage
- Location: Store in a dry, dark place away from direct sunlight.
- Packaging: Keep in an airtight bag with desiccant.
- Temperature: Ideal between 0 °C and 40 °C.
- Drying (If Moist): Dry at 60 °C for 4–8 h before printing.
