The product offerings on the website may change daily due to the nature of the business. Prices for individual items are regular and promotional prices or discounted prices. PLASTIKA TRČEK d.o.o. is responsible for the quality of goods or the execution of services. PLASTIKA TRČEK d.o.o. is also responsible for any complaints or consequences that may arise when users use the goods or services. PLASTIKA TRČEK d.o.o. is fully responsible for the execution of services or the sale of goods and any related complaints.

Delivery for Ordered Products:
Delivery of ordered products from our online store is carried out as quickly as possible and depends on product availability. Products will be delivered to the address through the GLS courier service or another delivery service. We also recommend providing a landline or mobile number where you can be reached, as the courier may call you to arrange delivery. The telephone number is used solely to enhance the quality of delivery.

The package can be delivered to the address provided during the order, or it can be delivered to a different address if specified. Personal pickup is also possible by prior arrangement at the phone number +386 1 242 83 60 at the address PLASTIKA TRČEK d.o.o., Cesta v Gorice 35, 1000 Ljubljana, from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. or by appointment. The product must be paid for by pro forma invoice before pickup.

Offer Price

The prices of all goods or services offered are predetermined and include VAT. Prices apply to all buyers but only during the duration of each individual offer and in the case of payments specified in these terms and only on the website 3Dprinterji.

Prices are valid until the moment of product delivery. We reserve the right to change them.
Prices are rounded to two decimal places (1 cent).
By registering, the visitor/buyer becomes a user and gains the right to purchase and access all remote contract data.
The remote contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic message stating Order Confirmed). From this moment, all prices and other terms are determined and valid for both the provider and the buyer.
By making payment through a pro forma invoice, the buyer accepts the general terms and conditions.

Registration and Purchase Process on 3dtrcek.com

In order to make purchases on the plastikatrcek.si website, the user must register. The user provides their information, email address, delivery address, and other details. The username is assigned by plastikatrcek.si and represents the user's name and surname. The user sets their own password. Registration enables the user to make purchases. The user is automatically enrolled in the service of receiving electronic newsletters, which they can later change in their profile.

Prior registration is required to purchase goods or services.
The user is assigned a username, which is the same as their name and surname; they create their own password.
The user chooses the offered offer, selects the payment method, and completes the purchase.
At the end of the offer (after the expiration of a specified term or after purchasing all available stock), the offer is removed from the website or an "Out of Stock" message is displayed.
By clicking "Add to Cart" or "Proceed to Checkout," the purchasing process begins, the payment method is selected, and the purchase is completed.
In the "My Account" section, the user can check the status of their orders.
The user also receives an informative notification of the completed purchase via email.
The purchase is completed when the user makes the payment correctly.
Payment deadlines are specified in the pro forma invoice.
Abuse of the purchase process is punishable by law.

After placing an order, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been received and is in the queue. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract (the order needs to be canceled via email to [email protected]) within three (3) days without having to provide a reason. If the buyer has already paid for the goods, the company must return the paid amount within fifteen (15) days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund does not include the amount for the delivery service.
If the buyer has received the goods, they have the right to notify the company in writing within eight (8) days of receipt that they wish to return the goods. Within fifteen (15) days of the written notice, the buyer must return the goods, unopened and in the original packaging, to PLASTIKA TRČEK d.o.o., which will refund the paid amount within fifteen (15) days after receiving the returned/cancelled goods. The refund does not include the amount for the delivery service.

We will also exchange the goods for you if we have sent the wrong product due to our mistake. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as we receive the returned goods.

The buyer is responsible for covering the full cost of returning the goods.
