Popular among thousands of creators for its reliable quality. Made in Slovenia, with over 10 years of experience in 3D filament manufacturing and 45 years in plastic processing. The HTPRO PLA filament is a heat-resistant modification of PLA filament that features improved mechanical properties.
The high-temperature modified PLA filament HTPRO PLA boasts thermal resistance up to 90℃. It also features better toughness, tensile strength, and elasticity compared to regular PLA, making it suitable for technical models. Products made from HTPRO PLA have a matte surface finish that hides layer lines and masks printing imperfections.
3DTrcek HTPRO PLA behaves similarly to regular PLA during printing but requires a slightly higher temperature. Minimal warping and good layer adhesion ensure repeatable results. The only potential issue is bed adhesion therefore we recommend the use of 3DLAC spray.
Precise mechanical winding and thorough inspection ensure that the filaments do not tangle. Each spool is vacuum-packed with a desiccant within 5 minutes of production, ensuring long-lasting quality. The filament contains no recycled material, ensuring a stable diameter of 1.75mm +/- 0.03 mm and minimal ovality.

HTPRO PLA offers good water resistance but is not chemically resistant or UV stable. It boasts higher toughness and tensile strength than regular PLA, making it suitable for technical models. It melts at low temperatures, Making it easy to print, yet only softens around 90℃, making it suitable for heat-exposed elements.

PLA is easy to post-process with abrasive tools, and its chemical composition allows for vapor smoothing with MEK solvents.
Store 3DTrcek HTPRO PLA filament in a dry, dark place in an airtight bag with a desiccant at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. PLA absorbs moisture very slowly, but if the filament becomes damp, dry it in a filament dryer or an oven at 50°C for 4 to 6 hours before use.

HTPRO PLA does not require special equipment for 3D printing, allowing the use of standard nozzles, and is not sensitive to extruder type. As it hardly warps during printing, it can be printed on non-enclosed printers.

Yes, the filaments are compatible with all popular FDM printers and the Bambu Lab AMS system.
Pure PLA is chemically safe, but the 3D printing process is not. Bacteria can also accumulate in the gaps between the layers in 3D prints.
We currently do not have the technology for recycling, but we are working to make this possible in the near future.
