Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch your orders quickly and safely. We primarily ship with DPD and GLS, and in-stock products are normally dispatched within 24 hours or on the next business day.

Order shipping

Our primary shipping partners are DPD and GLS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number at the email address used when placing the order.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier collects the parcel.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. Most parcels within Central Europe are delivered approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch, while deliveries to more distant European destinations normally take approximately 3–6 business days.

Delivery times are estimates. Delivery may take longer during holidays, promotions, periods of high carrier demand or due to circumstances outside our control.

Large orders

Depending on weight and dimensions, larger orders may be shipped in several parcels or on a pallet. For larger quantities and B2B orders, we can also prepare an individual shipping quotation.

30-day returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can notify us of your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Please contact us before returning an item.
• The product must be suitably packaged for safe transport.
• Whenever possible, please use the original packaging.
• Please include all supplied parts and accessories.
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will arrange an appropriate solution with you.

How does a return work?

Returns are normally processed within approximately 5 business days after we receive the parcel. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or believe there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• your order number,
• a short description of the problem,
• photos of the product or packaging where relevant.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement, return or another appropriate solution.

Return collection service

If you prefer, we can arrange collection of the return parcel from your address. The prices below apply per parcel and are provided for reference. The cost of organised return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Prices in the table exclude VAT.
Prices apply to the collection of one parcel up to the stated weight. The final cost may vary for oversized parcels, remote areas or additional carrier surcharges.

You may also arrange the return yourself using a carrier of your choice at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse delivery without prior agreement and the parcel is returned to us, the actual return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to cancel it and refund your payment.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is normally no longer possible. You may initiate a return after receiving the order.
