❤️Exceptional strength: Durable and impact-resistant
✨High precision: Constant diameter 1.75mm +/- 0.03mm
⚡High thermal resistance: Up to 93℃
⭐Easier to Print: Compared to regular ABS
Popular among thousands of creators for its reliable quality. Made in Slovenia, with over 10 years of experience in 3D filament manufacturing and 45 years in plastic processing. ABS Plus filament is an excellent choice for products that require good mechanical properties and thermal resistance while being easier to print than regular ABS.
3DTrcek ABS Plus filament boasts strength, hardness, and toughness, as well as impact strength comparable to regular ABS. These characteristics make it an excellent choice for products ranging from toys to mechanical components that are not exposed to UV light. It also features good thermal resistance, better flow at lower temperatures, and reduced warping. These properties make it easier to print and our recommendation for anyone printing with ABS-based filaments for the first time.
ABS Plus can still warp during printing, so printing in an enclosed chamber is recommended. However, due to reduced warping, the filament can also be printed on open printers, but it's advised to enclose the printer to minimize airflow. ABS Plus can still be printed at higher temperatures, so a full-metal hot end is recommended. ABS is known for emitting unpleasant fumes at high temperatures (200℃+), so the printer should be in a well-ventilated area or equipped with an air filtration system.
Precise mechanical winding and thorough inspection ensure that the filaments do not tangle. Each spool is vacuum-packed with a desiccant within 5 minutes of production, ensuring long-lasting quality. The filament contains no recycled material, ensuring a stable diameter of 1.75mm +/- 0.03 mm and minimal ovality.
ABS filament is printed at high temperatures, so the use of a full-metal hot end is recommended. As material tends to warp an enclosed chamber is recommended. An alternative solution is our ABS Plus filament, which provides an easter printing experience. With over 10 years of experience in developing 3D filaments, 3DTrcek produces only the best ABS filaments, ensuring excellent results on all popular FDM printers such as Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, Elegoo, etc.
Due to its good resistance to acids, bases, oils, fats, and hydrocarbon compounds, ABS Plus is a suitable material for industrial 3D printing applications. It features improved strength, hardness, and impact resistance compared to PLA and PET-G filaments, making it a good choice for mechanically stressed products. ABS Plus also boasts good thermal resistance, not deforming up to 93℃.

ABS Plus is also known for its ease of post-processing with acetone vapors, which dissolve ABS. This gives the product a shiny, smooth surface. ABS can also be sanded and polished. After being printed without additional processing, the product's surface is matte.
Store 3DTrcek ABS Plus filament in a dry, dark place in an airtight bag with a desiccant at temperatures between 0℃ and 40℃. ABS Plus absorbs moisture but is not as sensitive as PET-G. After extended storage we recommended drying it in a filament dryer at 60°C for 4-8 hours before use.
Available in 50g, 400g, 800g, 2,1kg, 5kg, and 10kg spools. Contact us at [email protected] for orders of the larger spools in specific colors.

ABS Plus is easier to print than regular ABS but can still be printed at high temperatures, therefore a full-metal hot end is recommended. An enclosed chamber is advised, but it can also be improvised for open printers. You can mitigate warping and detaching from the print bed by using the brim function and designing models with rounded edges, as these better distribute forces during shrinking. Due to the unpleasant fumes released during printing, an air filtration system or gas venting is recommended, an air filtration system or gas venting is recommended.

Yes, the filaments are compatible with all popular FDM printers and the Bambu Lab AMS system.
Printing on an open printer is not recommended, but you can try enclosing the printer with a box to minimize airflow around the model during printing.
We currently do not have the technology for recycling, but we are working to make this possible in the near future.
