Made in Slovenia, with over 10 years of experience in 3D filament production and 45 years in plastics processing. Our PCTG filament combines engineering-grade durability with the ease of use of PETG, making it ideal for demanding applications that require both strength and simplicity. Offering enhanced durability, superior chemical resistance, and high clarity, PCTG is the perfect intermediate between accessible PETG and technical materials like ABS and ASA—delivering professional results without the need for specialized printing equipment.
PCTG is a modified copolyester similar to PETG but with higher impact strength, better chemical resistance, and improved dimensional stability. Its amorphous structure results in low, near-isotropic shrinkage, making it highly dimensionally stable and suitable for both high-precision and engineering applications. With low moisture absorption and easy printing on most desktop 3D printers, PCTG is accessible to beginners and professionals alike.
PCTG filament is compatible with most desktop 3D printers without a heated chamber, ensuring high-quality prints with minimal warping. For optimal results, a printing temperature between 240-280°C and a bed temperature of 80-110°C is recommended. PCTG is odorless and produces low fumes during printing.
Precise mechanical winding and thorough inspection ensure that the filaments do not tangle. Each spool is vacuum-packed with a desiccant within 5 minutes of production, ensuring long-lasting quality. The filament has a stable diameter of 1.75mm +/- 0.03 mm with minimal ovality for consistent, high-precision printing.
PCTG works with most FDM printers, including Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, and Elegoo. A closed chamber is not required, making it a practical option for open-source 3D printers.
PCTG features excellent impact resistance, superior chemical resistance, and minimal shrinkage. It withstands temperatures up to 76℃, making it suitable for applications requiring durability and stability.

PCTG is easily post-processed and provides an excellent print surface finish. For best results, remove any support materials shortly after printing to prevent bonding issues.
Store 3DTrcek PCTG filament in a dry, dark place in an airtight bag with a desiccant. Although PCTG has low moisture absorption, drying before each use, especially in humid environments, ensures optimal print quality.
