❤️Durable: Impact and heat resistant
✨High precision: Constant diameter 1.75mm +/- 0.03mm
⚡Suitable for outdoor use: UV-resistant
⭐Easier to print: Compared to regular ASA
Popular among thousands of creators for its reliable quality. Made in Slovenia, with over 10 years of experience in 3D filament manufacturing and 45 years in plastic processing. ASA Plus filament is characterized by mechanical and chemical properties comparable to standard ASA filament while being easier to print.
3DTrcek ASA Plus filament boasts high tensile strength, toughness, impact strength, and hardness. With these properties, it is an excellent choice for a wide range of products, from toys to mechanical elements, where thermal resistance is also important. The advantage of ASA Plus filament over ABS Plus is its resistance to UV light, making it the right choice for mechanically stressed products for outdoor use. Since it is easier to print than standard ASA filaments, we recommend it to everyone encountering ASA-based filaments for the first time.
It does not warp as much during printing as standard ASA, but we still recommend using a printer with an enclosed chamber. Due to its better printing properties, it is possible to print on open printers, but we advise enclosing the printer. Since ASA Plus can be printed at high temperatures, we recommend using an all-metal hot end. Like ABS Plus, ASA Plus filaments emit unpleasant fumes, so printing in a well-ventilated area is advised.
Precise mechanical winding and thorough inspection ensure that the filaments do not tangle. Each spool is vacuum-packed with a desiccant within 5 minutes of production, ensuring long-lasting quality. The filament contains no recycled material, ensuring a stable diameter of 1.75mm +/- 0.03 mm and minimal ovality.
ASA Plus filament can be printed at high temperatures, so it is advisable to use an all-metal hot end, and we also recommend an enclosed chamber. However, it is not as necessary as with standard ASA. With over 10 years of experience in developing 3D filaments, 3DTrcek produces only the best ASA filaments, ensuring excellent results on all popular FDM printers such as Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, Elegoo, etc.
ASA Plus filament is resistant to acids, bases, oils, fats, and hydrocarbon compounds, making it suitable for printing products exposed to these substances. In addition, it is also resistant to UV light, so you can use it outside without degrading the materials mechanical properties or color. It boasts good impact resistance, high toughness, hardness, and tensile strength. These properties make the material suitable for products that bear mechanical loads.

Like ABS, ASA Plus can be post-processed with acetone vapors, which dissolve the material, giving the products a shiny, smooth surface. Products have a matte surface after printing without additional processing.
Store 3DTrcek ASA Plus filament in a dry, dark place in an airtight bag with desiccant at a temperature between 0℃ and 40℃. ASA Plus absorbs moisture but is not as sensitive as PET-G during printing. If not used for a long time, we recommend drying it in a filament dryer at 60℃ for 4-8 hours before use
Available in 50g, 400g, 800g, 2,1kg, 5kg, and 10kg spools. Contact us at [email protected] for orders of the larger spools in specific colors.

ASA Plus is easier to print than standard ASA, but it is still printed at high temperatures, so we recommend using an all-metal hot end. An enclosed chamber is also recommended, but not strictly necessary. You can mitigate warping and detaching from the print bed by using the brim function and designing models with rounded edges, as these better distribute forces during shrinking. Due to the unpleasant fumes released during printing, we recommend using an air filtration system or exhaust.

Yes, the filaments are compatible with all popular FDM printers and the Bambu Lab AMS system.
We do not recommend printing with an open printer, but you can try enclosing the printer with a box to minimize air flow through the printer.
We currently do not have the technology for recycling, but we are working to make this possible in the near future.
