Whether you’re an industrial manufacturer, engineer, or 3D printing enthusiast, TPU CF is your go-to material for projects requiring strength, flexibility, and durability. Ideal for industries like automotive, aerospace, robotics, and electronics, or for anyone seeking premium material for their creative projects.
Over Regular TPU: When you need added stiffness, abrasion resistance, and a matte finish.
Over PET CF: For applications requiring flexibility and impact absorption instead of rigid strength.
Over PAHT-CF: When high-temperature resistance isn’t required, but flexibility is a priority.
Automotive: Lightweight components, protective covers, brackets.
Industrial: Gears, bushings, mechanical supports.
Consumer: Durable cases, sports goods, protective equipment.
Aerospace & Defense: Lightweight structural parts.
ESD Protection: Components requiring electrostatic discharge safety.
TPU CF is optimized for FDM/FFF printing with excellent layer adhesion and minimal warping. Use a direct drive extruder for best results. A hardened nozzle is essential due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibers. TPU CF is moderately moisture-sensitive and should be dried before printing.
Each spool is precisely wound and vacuum-packed with a desiccant to maintain quality. Our TPU CF filament features consistent diameter tolerance of 1.75mm +/- 0.03mm for reliable performance.
Temperature Resistance: Operates up to 110℃.
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to oils, greases, and solvents.
Impact Resistance: Absorbs shocks while maintaining structural integrity.
Aesthetic Appeal: Produces a sleek, matte finish.

Due to its excellent interlayer adhesion, TPU CF requires minimal post-processing. Its wear resistance and flexibility make it ideal for ready-to-use parts.
Store in a dry, dark place in an airtight bag with a desiccant. Dry the filament in a filament dryer or oven at 50°C for 6-12 hours before use to ensure optimal performance.
Available in 50g, 250g, 400g, 1kg, 2.4kg, 5kg, and 10kg spools. Contact us at [email protected] for orders of larger spools in specific colors.

PET-CF requires elevated temperatures and an abrasive-resistant setup. A full metal hot end and hardened nozzle are essential. A closed chamber is recommended, but not strictly necessary. For bed adhesion, standard PET adhesives can be used. Due to potential shrinkage, it’s best to design parts with rounded edges to minimize warping stress. For optimal results, consider using an air filtration system to handle any printing fumes.
